At Bradbury Tracks HQ we practice a concept called 2 second lean. Every member of staff will provide an improvement that will reduce waste and speed up their process each and every day. We do this every single day with no exception, from the boss down every member of staff provides once improvement for the company each day. It is called two second lean because we do not expect every improvement to be ground breaking, but we are showing that small improvements can be found every day. The lean principles help us to work at maximum efficiency while creating a productive and positive working environment. We believe in developing and improving ourselves while embracing problems, to ensure they are eliminated for the future.

Every morning we have a meeting where our team members come together to discuss problems, solutions and ideas that can improve the company. We also talk through how business concepts can be used to grow our team members and make our work life easier and more productive.

What Makes Bradbury Tracks Unique?

We are the only company to have developed our own technology and machinery that’s specific to Bradbury Tracks. In fact, our bending tool can bend our Silent Gliss poles to a tighter radius than anyone else.

Combined with special software that integrates with the bending machine we can eliminate errors and reduce lead-times.
